Duties Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, making them feel comfortable and appreciated Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest services by addressing special requests or needs courteously and efficiently Support food safety and sanitation standards in line with restaurant policies and procedures Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and seating calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Experience with POS systems, including Micros POS and other restaurant technology tools Previous hotel or food service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for serving guests is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
