Silver Cypress Resort is a small oceanfront boutique resort in Nesika Beach, near Gold Beach, and is looking for a local person who is dependable and organized. This is a part-time position that requires an average of two hours per day, three days a week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday), with on-site presence at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Pay:

$30-$40 per hour, plus per-unit housekeeping pay.

Schedule:

Three days per week, with on-call responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to guest messages and resort phone notifications 24 hours a day Handle routine guest questions Promptly report serious guest or maintenance issues to the owners Oversee housekeeping Daily hot tub maintenance On-call housekeeper to fill in as needed (occasionally) Inspect guest units before check-in to ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready

The Ideal Candidate:

Dependable, trustworthy, and highly organized Lives near Nesika Beach or Gold Beach and has reliable transportation Friendly and professional with guests and staff Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and booking apps Able to notice small details and maintain high cleanliness standards Comfortable supervising housekeepers Able to work independently and communicate clearly with the owners Available for occasional last-minute guest or housekeeping situations Hospitality, property-management, or housekeeping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
