KITCHEN EXPO Davenport's Restaurant We're looking for a fast, organized, dependable Kitchen Expo. Must have previous kitchen experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step away from cooking while putting their kitchen experience to work.Responsibilities include:
Work directly with the Kitchen Manager to organize all orders coming out of the kitchen. Control the expo window, organize tickets, and keep orders moving quickly. Pack takeout orders accurately, including all sides, sauces, and extras. Check that every order is complete and properly presented. Communicate clearly with cooks and servers. Run food to tables and assist servers. Keep the expo window and takeout area clean and stocked. Must be fast, able to multitask, and stay focused under pressure in a busy kitchen. Interested?
