Bohemian Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Nighttime Host to join our team. The host is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive Manage the restaurant's seating and waitlist efficiently Answer phones and assist guests with questions about the restaurant Manage reservations and communicate wait times accurately Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Monitor the dining room and communicate with servers and management regarding table availability Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand Assist with keeping the entrance and front-of-house areas clean and presentable Provide excellent customer service throughout each guest's visit Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent customer-service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Comfortable working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous restaurant or hostess experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest. A successful hostess should be attentive, welcoming, and able to remain calm and professional during busy service periods.

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
