Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating a positive atmosphere within our establishment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and eager to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times Provide guests with menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Uphold safety and hygiene standards in all interactions and work areas Assist in other front-of-house duties as needed to support team operations Qualifications Must be 16 years or older to qualify for this position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming environment for guests Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Join our team as a Host/Hostess and play a key role in delivering memorable experiences for our guests while developing valuable hospitality skills. Pay:
