Hourly Position Summary The Evening Floor Host at the Rocksino by Hard Rock Deadwood is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service on the casino floor during peak evening hours. This role focuses on guest engagement, player development support, promotion execution, and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy gaming environment that reflects the Hard Rock brand. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment setting while ensuring compliance with South Dakota Commission on Gaming regulations and internal controls. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Player Engagement Actively greet and engage guests on the casino floor to enhance their overall experience. Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Address guest questions, concerns, and minor service issues promptly and professionally. Promotions & Events Promote and explain casino promotions, and special events. Assist with promotional drawings, kiosks, and on-floor activations. Ensure all promotional procedures are followed accurately and in compliance. Floor Operations Maintain a visible and approachable presence on the casino floor. Monitor the gaming floor for guest needs, cleanliness, and operational concerns. Compliance & Procedures Follow all South Dakota Commission on Gaming regulations and Rocksino internal controls. Verify guest eligibility for promotions and prizes. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and casino operations. Qualifications Previous casino, hospitality, customer service, or player services experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain professional, friendly, and calm in a high-energy environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a South Dakota Gaming License. Must be at least 21 years of age. Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
