Your Responsibilities Providing exceptional guest service, greeting all guests in a friendly manner. Effectively assigning servers tables, following established rotations. Manage reservations and proactively reach out to guest to confirm reservations. Communicating requested accommodations to servers and managers. Maintaining a knowledge of lounge events, hours of operations, and information regarding the outlet. Maintain the lounge entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks. Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned. What You Need The Host will have an outgoing and sociable personality. Excellent communication and listening skills. A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
