Responsibilities Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Manage restaurant reservations using advanced table management systems such as Open Table or Toast Tables Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table utilization and guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations accurately Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest services by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest comfort Support food safety and cleanliness standards in all guest interactions and station maintenance Experience Prior experience as a host or hostess in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred Proven ability to manage restaurant reservation systems such as Toast tables, Open Table, or Resy Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities Basic math skills for handling reservations, seating calculations, and POS transactions Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and POS systems is highly desirable Experience in food service or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction and organizational skills Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences by combining your passion for hospitality with your organizational expertise.
