Little Ninja - Abilene, TX Front Desk / Order Taker / Cashier Job Summary Little Ninja is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk / Order Taker / Cashier to join our restaurant team. This position will be responsible for greeting customers, taking and processing orders, handling payments, answering phones, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate the cash register and process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or orders.

Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.

Prepare and package customer orders as needed.

Verify orders for accuracy before providing them to customers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and dining area.

Restock front-of-house supplies as needed.

Assist other restaurant staff during busy periods.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Must be friendly, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to accurately handle money and process customer orders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical duties associated with the position.
