We are looking for a warm, polished, and dependable Host to join our team. The ideal candidate is genuinely hospitable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that creating an exceptional guest experience starts the moment someone walks through the door.

Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a host, receptionist, personal assistant, or similar guest-facing roleFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysA positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitalityStrong communication and interpersonal skills, and composed demeanor Naturally hospitable, welcoming, and attentive to guestsPunctual, reliable, and professionalA strong team mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever neededStrong understanding of the menu, including the ability to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendationsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environmentSevenRooms experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitalityManage reservations, seating, and guest flow efficientlyTake to-go orders in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and coordinating a high volume of DoorDash ordersMaintain a strong working knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and common guest questionsSupport the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothlyMaintain a polished, organized, and welcoming host area

The Ideal Candidate:

You are someone who takes pride in being the first point of contact for guests and can confidently represent the restaurant across both dine-in and takeout experiences. You remain friendly and composed during busy services, communicate effectively with guests and coworkers, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

You are knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to detail, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand. Most importantly, you bring a positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
