Job Description
Full Time - Wednesday-Sunday + Holidays Excellent customer service Fast paced, multitask, efficient, reliable, and hard working Good under stress and high volume Quality communication skills Let patrons know of wait times and contact them as a table becomes available Take reservations over the phone, online platforms, or in-person Handle cash payments Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience Seat guests at designated tables and let servers know they have a new table if no one has greeted them in the first 2 minutes since they have sat down Answer questions about the food and beverage menu, as needed Understand the needs of wait staff to ensure sections are not overcrowded
