Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist guests with seating, answering questions about the menu or restaurant amenities Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service Handle guest inquiries via phone with proper phone etiquette and provide exceptional guest relations Keep the host stand organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service roles within restaurants or hotels Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Previous experience in hospitality or guest services environments preferred Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
