Store Manager Job Description and Duties To be responsible for the smooth operational running of Children's Parties. To provide first class levels of customer service at all times Facilitate Daily Activities (entertain the kids with classes, creative activities, dance, interactive games, arts & crafts and story time) Hosting Indoor Events. Keeping the kids and parents entertained during Birthday Parties. To encourage a party atmosphere at all times including organizing the cutting of the cake and singing Happy Birthday etc. Dressing up in theme based requirements. Cleaning and maintaining the facility Operating a cashier and successfully checking in guests for open play Assisting in the cafe when necessary

QUALIFICATION

Experience and comfortable working with children Excellent in verbal communication skills. Tolerance and understanding for multi cultures Excellent customer service and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work as part of a team and independently without supervision Flexible availability and schedule. Hours work well with school schedules' Looking for day shift and night shift employees
