Job Description
Overview Butter My Brunch is hiring an experienced Weekend Host to manage guest flow during high-volume brunch service (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM). This is a critical front-of-house role responsible for controlling seating rotation, protecting service pace, and setting the tone for guest experience. We are looking for someone confident, organized, and comfortable managing busy brunch shifts. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests professionally and efficiently Manage waitlists and reservations during peak hours Control table rotation and communicate pacing with servers and management Provide accurate wait time estimates Being Proeffcient with Toast Tables Handle guest inquiries in person and by phone Maintain organization and cleanliness at the host stand Address guest concerns calmly and escalate when necessary Requirements Previous host experience in a busy restaurant required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume service with composure Professional appearance and demeanor Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required Being Proeffcient with Toast Tables We are building a disciplined, structured front-of-house team.
