This is not a traditional retail sales job. You'll be live on camera selling sports apparel and other merchandise to hundreds of customers in real time. Think entertainment, sales, and live auctions combined. We're looking for people who are naturally entertaining, quick on their feet, comfortable on camera, and know how to keep energy high. What You'll Do Host live shopping and auction shows on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok Present and sell sports apparel and merchandise live on camera Engage with viewers, answer questions, and interact with the chat Create excitement around products and auctions Keep shows fast-paced, entertaining, and energetic Learn products, teams, brands, sizing, and merchandise Work with our warehouse and livestream team to keep shows running smoothly Continuously improve your sales performance, audience engagement, and show quality Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are extremely comfortable speaking on camera Have a naturally outgoing and energetic personality Can talk continuously without getting awkward or losing energy Are competitive and motivated by performance Have strong communication and people skills Can think quickly and improvise Are reliable and show up ready to perform Can take coaching and improve quickly Have an interest in sports, fashion, sneakers, collectibles, sales, or social media Previous livestreaming experience is NOT required. We care more about personality, confidence, work ethic, and your ability to entertain and sell. Experience in sales, bartending, serving, content creation, broadcasting, athletics, social media, retail, or other customer-facing roles can translate very well to this position.
