Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating preferences with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle restaurant reservation management using advanced table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain an organized waitlist and efficiently communicate wait times to guests via phone and in person Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times, reservations, and restaurant hours Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest flow, supporting overall restaurant operations Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Support food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness in the host station and adhering to health guidelines Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant environment is preferred Proven ability to manage restaurant reservations and utilize restaurant table management systems effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and guest billing when necessary Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to ensure guest well-being and satisfaction Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest services with energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality!
