As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your hospitality skills and ability to communicate effectively will ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort. Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Utilize the POS system, including Open Table, for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences. Provide support in other areas of the restaurant as needed, contributing to a positive team environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
