Your energetic and friendly demeanor will ensure guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. You'll greet guests with enthusiasm, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction. This role is vital in setting the tone for a memorable dining experience and supporting our team in delivering exceptional hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm Manage waitlists efficiently Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous service Assist guests with seating and address special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Support servers and kitchen staff by communicating guest needs promptly and accurately Qualifications Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations Familiarity with food service operations, restaurant procedures, and POS systems Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across hospitality environments Knowledge of serving protocols, hospitality standards, and guest engagement techniques Join our team as a Host to be at the heart of an energetic dining environment!
