Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and timely service flow Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, handling reservation requests and guest inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized waitlists and monitor table availability to optimize seating efficiency Coordinate with the service team to communicate guest needs and special requests effectively Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness in the host/hostess station and waiting areas Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a similar customer service role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knowledge of restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and billing procedures Familiarity with POS systems like POS, Aloha POS, or Micros POS is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest well-being and satisfaction Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
