As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm and ensuring smooth seating flow to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and outstanding guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable Maintain a clear understanding of wait times and communicate effectively with guests to manage expectations Assist with guest inquiries over the phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and hospitality skills Support the front-of-house team by coordinating guest flow during busy periods to reduce wait times and optimize seating efficiency Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, including menus and waiting areas Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to deliver exceptional guest services and uphold high standards of hospitality Skills Proven experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; hotel experience is a plus Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving procedures, and guest service best practices Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions Join our team as a Host where your lively energy and dedication will help create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back!
