Full Job Description Starting Pay:
$11.00 + tips DOE Saturday & Sunday availability required Want to be part of the Boondocks team? Right now, we are hiring dynamic individuals who love to make people feel welcome and happy! What you will do You'll host birthday parties for children, including setup, cleanup, and attending to the party You'll play a visible role in exceeding our guests' expectations through excellent delivery and guest service You'll prepare the event room for the event You'll set up, maintain, and replenish multiple buffet lines You'll serve guests and perform post-event clean up You'll communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times, making guests feel appreciated You'll anticipate guests' needs and be alert for guest signals to promptly acknowledge the guest You'll remove dishes and glasses from tables and take to kitchen for cleaning You'll perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked Perks Flexible schedule Leadership that cares about your personal growth and development Competitive hourly wage and benefits package Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) opportunity Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 60 days of full-time employment Potential for paid vacation and holidays Employee discount on park food and attractions Bravo Bucks (accruing account to Boondocks based on time worked to offset purchases) Basic Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Must have a well-groomed and neat appearance Must be able to maintain good guest relations - outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude Must enjoy working in a team atmosphere Must have patience with children Must be able to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly Must have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Boondocks Food & Fun is an Equal Opportunity Employer
