4:30 PM-10:00 PM Cultivate Craft Kitchen is looking for an experienced, professional host or hostess to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. We are a higher-end, casual fine dining restaurant that prides itself on exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be reliable, polished, organized, and comfortable interacting with guests in person and over the phone.Requirements:
- Previous hosting experience required
- Experience using OpenTable required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Comfortable answering phones and managing reservations
- Ability to multitask during busy service periods
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests
- Manage reservations through OpenTable
- Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions
- Coordinate waitlists and table assignments
- Bus and reset tables as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining room
- Support the front-of-house team throughout service

- Business-casual, polished appearance
- Comfortable working in a higher-end dining environment
