You'll be one of the first people our guests meet, helping them navigate our offerings, answering questions, taking orders, and keeping the space organized and inviting. What You'll Do Warmly welcome guests and help them understand our menu and market offerings Take orders and accurately process payments Answer questions about ingredients, products, and dietary needs Package foods and grab & go purchases with care Restock merchandise and maintain attractive, organized displays Keep guest areas clean, stocked, and ready for service Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Handle guest concerns with patience and good judgment Help create the thoughtful, genuine hospitality that defines Luna's Kitchen Lite food prep - such as protein bites, chia pudding, smoothies, espresso What We Are Looking For A naturally welcoming and helpful personality Clear communication and strong attention to detail The ability to stay composed and organized during busy service Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Comfort learning about our food, beverages, and market products Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person Availability to work weekends, shifts are 8a-3p and 10a-6p Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up 50pounds What We Offer Competitive pay of $17.50-$18.50 per hour plus tips Employee meals and discount dining Paid Time Off, Health Stipend A supportive, collaborative workplace Opportunities to learn and grow within the restaurant Who We Are Luna's Kitchen is a health based kitchen, focusing on quality of ingredients that create dishes that are familiar yet surprising.
