As the first person our guests see when they walk through the door, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently. Answer phones and assist with takeout orders when needed. Keep the front entrance, lobby, and host stand clean and organized. Help servers by resetting and cleaning tables quickly. Communicate wait times accurately and professionally. Assist with light side work to help the team during slower periods. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Friendly, reliable, and professional. Excellent communication and people skills. Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Weekend availability is preferred.
