We are looking for a friendly and organized individual with a passion for guest relations and hospitality. ## Duties

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables promptly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using system
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the system
• Assist in answering phone calls, taking reservations, taking take out orders in person and over the phone and addressing customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in a or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Proficiency in using or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
