Job Description
Summary We're hiring part-time and full-time hosts to join our team at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse! We're hiring for breakfast and dinner shifts; both weekday and weekend. Our hosts are responsible for setting the stage for our guests' dining experience. Your ability to provide hospitality to our guests is key. We seek people who aspire to learn more, better their skills and are eager to work in a professional environment. Responsibilities Greet restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable, quality dining experience. Coordinate guests' arrivals and seating. Answer the phone, coordinate reservations and answer any guest questions in a timely manner. Learn Aloha POS system and accurately ring in take-out orders into the POS system. Accurately take and deliver room service orders to the hotel. Train and guide other hosts as requested by your manager. Perform cleaning duties and assist with bussing when needed Dress according to the property's uniform standards.
