About Wilding Wilding builds hotels that belong to the landscape around them. Fairbanks is one of our most intimate and most rewarding properties. With only four rooms, every guest interaction matters, and the people who work here shape how each stay is remembered. We are not hiring for the season. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the Wilding team and help set the standard for what our service means in Alaska. About the role As Assistant Guest Services Coordinator, you are the right hand to our Guest Services Lead and one of the people who carries the Wilding voice with every guest. Your work centers on arrivals and stays. You welcome guests, settle them in, anticipate what they need, and make sure the details are handled before they have to ask. With four rooms, this is close, personal hospitality. You will know your guests by name and remember what matters to them. The right person reads a room, notices what others miss, and takes ownership without waiting to be told. You keep the property warm, ready, and running smoothly, and you hold the day together when the Lead is off. What you will do Own the guest arrival experience, from welcome to settling in Anticipate and resolve guest needs throughout the stay, often before they are voiced Support the Guest Services Lead across daily operations Keep rooms and common spaces ready, presentable, and stocked, and step into room readiness when the day calls for it Uphold Wilding service standards in every interaction, from a welcome to a text message Cover the Lead's responsibilities during days off What we are looking for Two or more years in hospitality, guest services, or a role where the guest came first A genuine read on people and an instinct for what makes a stay memorable Comfort moving between guest interaction and hands-on work without losing a step Sound judgment and a bias toward action Someone who wants to build a career, not fill a season Schedule Full-time, daytime hours averaging 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weekend availability required Fairbanks, Alaska Details Full-time, starting at $34-35/hour
