Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently using property management systems (PMS) and handle guest requests with enthusiasm. Manage multiple communication channels including multi-line phone systems and front desk phones, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries using hospitality reservation systems while providing clear and friendly client communication. Handle guest check-outs accurately, process payments, and balance night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy. Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues by applying customer service problem-solving skills, escalating emergencies per hotel procedures when necessary. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, incidents, and shift reports to ensure seamless operations across all departments. Support hotel emergency procedures by staying prepared for safety protocols and guest safety concerns at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), HotelKey or similar platforms, is essential for efficient operations. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction via phone, email, and in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 hotel operations.
