Job Description
Office Worker Job Description The Office Worker is responsible for performing day-to-day office operations at the resort. This position ensures smooth administrative functions, excellent customer service, and efficient operational support to create a positive experience for guests, owners, and staff. We are looking in particular for weekend help and to fill in as needed during the week. DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet guests and owners in a professional and friendly manner. Process reservations, cancellations, and guest check-ins/check-outs.. Assist with processing payments, reconciling credit card and merchant services transactions. Ensure all guest forms are properly completed and filed (golf cart rentals, fire pit permits, advertising agreements, etc.).. Support marketing and rental program initiatives as directed. Ensure facilities and common areas are clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues promptly. Assist with enforcing resort policies as outlined in the CCRs. Provide administrative support for resort operations and special projects as needed. Work weekends as needed based on resort scheduling requirements. Other duties as assigned by management or the Board of Directors.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework preferred. 1-3 years of office administration, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and office software (experience with QuickBooks, reservation systems, or similar software a plus). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
