Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest's experience begins with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. In this energetic role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide personalized assistance to create memorable stays. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software with accuracy Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations Handle guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving issues diplomatically Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records Uphold phone etiquette standards when managing multiple calls and directing inquiries appropriately Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a friendly manner Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience in night audit or guest services roles is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
