Front Desk Agent Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We are looking for friendly, professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Process payments and manage credit, and debit transactions securely Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus Proven experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with reservation systems, MS Office, and basic computer skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We foster a positive, inclusive work environment where growth and development are encouraged.
