Job Description

Front Desk Agent Join our dynamic team at a luxury boutique hotel where personalized service and guest satisfaction are at the forefront. We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure their stay is memorable. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry. The night audit shift is only available for part time position. However, if your schedule is flexible, there may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel property management system Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus Our boutique hotel offers a vibrant, welcoming environment where your contributions make a real difference.
