As a front desk agent, you'll have many opportunities to brighten someone's check-in As a front desk agent, you will: Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone everyday. Intake reservations over the phone, through email and in person. Register guests by collecting the necessary information (contact details, identification card, dates of stay) double check for accuracy. Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. Perform daily backups on systems and perform any necessary maintenance when situations arise. Notify proper outlets when discrepancies arise. Follow up with the general manager and document situations.

•To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement, and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds. Front desk agent should be able to work any shift as needed.
