The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of hotel management operations, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in hospitality management are highly desirable to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the high standards of our resort. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Provide exceptional guest services, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure effective communication with guests both in person and over the phone Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality management background is a plus Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is preferred Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and hospitality industry standards is advantageous Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights if required Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences while working in a vibrant hospitality environment.
