Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel or resort. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to manage various front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries regarding accommodations, services, and local attractions. Provide information about hotel amenities and assist guests with their needs throughout their stay. Process check-outs efficiently and ensure all billing is accurate. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations; ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
