Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Operate multi-line phone systems to answer reservation inquiries. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
