Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Part-Time Front Desk Agent (3 days a week) to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are smooth, their questions are answered promptly, and their stay is memorable. Your enthusiasm and hospitality management skills will help create a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software Manage guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving concerns promptly Support night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and adhering to hotel policies Experience Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus Experience in resort or hospitality environments enhances your ability to deliver outstanding service Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us at Good Nite Inn where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine!
