This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming guest experience while supporting daily front desk operations in a professional and efficient manner. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, guest-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas Follow hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Comfortable using computers and multitasking Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality No hotel experience required — training provided for the right candidate. Schedule Requirements Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Typical shifts may include: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overnight shifts, if applicable Work Environment This is an active role that may include standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
