The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hotel or resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences to improve personalized service. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Assist in managing phone calls, taking reservations, and responding to emails in a timely manner. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hospitality management practices and familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous. A commitment to providing exceptional guest relations and maintaining high standards of service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
