The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain front desk operations including answering phones, managing reservations, and responding to emails. Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting. Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in front desk operations and experience with multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations effectively and professionally. Strong phone etiquette skills to manage calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
