Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily management and operations of the front desk to ensure smooth workflow. Manage reservations, both phone and online, and ensure optimal seating arrangements. Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude. Supervise the front desk team and ensure they provide exceptional service. Assist in organizing events and special requests for guests. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain the restaurant's atmosphere by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front area. Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service. Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling. Assist senior management in developing and implementing restaurant operating standards and service procedures. Manage daily financial transaction, cash handing, and equipment maintenance at the front desk. Conduct regular staff training to enhance service skills and efficiency
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in restaurant front desk management or a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
