Our Front Desk Staff are the heartbeat of the studio experience, setting the tone for every rider who walks through our doors. We're looking for outgoing, dependable, and detail-oriented team members who love connecting with people and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service—greet riders warmly, know members by name, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Manage rider check-in, accept payments, and assist with class bookings. Keep the studio sparkling—clean bathrooms, empty trash, mop floors, and maintain lobby cleanliness. Clean and maintain bikes to ensure a top-notch ride experience.

Handle laundry:

wash, dry, fold, and distribute towels. Restock the fridge with water and Celsius to keep our riders fueled. Manage customer calls, including waitlist updates and inquiries. A spin enthusiast! Outgoing, friendly, and naturally great with people. Passionate about creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed—from cleaning to customer service. Flexible with schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
