As a Lobby Attendant, you will contribute to the welcoming ambiance of our hotel, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step through the door. As a Lobby Attendant, you will Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area, including furniture, fixtures, and decor. Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a pristine and inviting entrance. Keep seating areas, magazines, and other amenities organized and well-presented for guest enjoyment. Monitor and promptly address any spills or messes to uphold a clean and safe environment. Assist guests with inquiries and provide helpful information with a courteous and friendly demeanor. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless coordination in cleanliness. To be successful in this role, you need basic English communication skills.
