Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their garment care needs at the front desk Process customer orders, including garment drop-off and pick-up transactions using cash handling procedures Operate garment care machines such as pressing machines and garment finishing equipment to ensure high-quality results Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards using appropriate cleaning detergents Handle heavy lifting when managing large bundles of laundry or bulky garments safely and efficiently Keep accurate records of transactions, processing payments and issuing receipts promptly Communicate clearly with customers about service options, turnaround times, and special requests, ensuring a positive experience every time Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Knowledge of garment care processes including dry cleaning, laundry services, pressing operations, and fabric care techniques Familiarity with garment finishing, pressing machines, and garment care equipment operation Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and manual sorting of garments Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean workspace and operate cleaning detergents responsibly Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Join us as a Dry Cleaning Front Desk Service Representative where your enthusiasm for customer service combined with your technical skills will make a real difference!
