Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Verify guest information, collect payments, and issue room keys. Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Make, modify, and cancel reservations as needed. Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options. Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues when necessary. Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information. Balance cash drawer and process daily transactions according to hotel procedures. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor room availability and occupancy status. Assist with luggage storage, package handling, and other guest services as needed. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Complete shift reports and communicate important information during shift transitions. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
