Job Summary Job Title:
Front Desk & Guest Services Associate - Kids Indoor Adventure Park Job Summary Play Leap Kids Indoor Adventure Park is looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Front Desk & Guest Services Associate to join our team in Ontario, CA. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, completing check-in, assisting with waivers, processing payments, answering questions, and helping create a clean, organized, and positive experience for families. We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with children and families. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly customer service Assist guests with check-in and waiver completion Operate the POS system and process approved payments Explain admission options, memberships, party information, and park rules Issue wristbands and verify guest information Answer phone calls and assist with general customer questions Help resolve basic guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner Keep the front desk and guest areas clean and organized Assist with opening and closing duties Participate in cleaning and closing procedures after the park closes Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Requirements Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children and families Reliable, responsible, and punctual Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers, tablets, and POS systems Able to stand for extended periods Able and willing to perform light cleaning duties Able to work in a busy and active indoor entertainment environment Previous customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or front desk experience is preferred but not required Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Availability Requirements Must be available at least one day Monday through Thursday Must be available at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred Must be available to stay after closing when scheduled to assist with cleaning and closing duties

Part-time Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
Approximately 15-30 hours per week Schedule may include: Day shift Evening shift Weekends as needed Holidays as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are dependable, positive, friendly, and enjoy working with children and families. The ideal candidate can stay organized during busy periods, communicate professionally with guests, and work well as part of a team.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
