Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk to join our vibrant hospitality team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of guest relations and front desk operations procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our guests during all hours. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions with friendly phone etiquette. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of guest services to foster positive guest relations. Update reservation systems, manage room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests. Document incidents or irregularities during the shift through detailed shift reports to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with procedures within a hotel or resort environment is advantageous. Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, hotel management software, and reservation platforms is desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm professionalism. Possesses a sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to upsell room upgrades and recommend hotel amenities. Reliable with excellent attendance.
