Job Description

Job Summary The Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor is responsible for providing friendly, professional guest service while managing daily front desk operations. Duties include answering and transferring calls, checking guests in and out, processing reservations and payments, maintaining accurate guest records, guest requests and Auditing duties. Ensures guests receive a safe, comfortable, and positive experience while following hotel policies, brand standards, and operating procedures. Training for all Front Desk Shifts are required. Responsibilities Interact with customers in a respectful, professional, and courteous Work collaboratively to achieve hotel and brand goals Process guest check-ins by assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. Schedule and place guest wake-up calls as requested. Receive, record, and relay guest messages accurately and promptly. Maintain records of room occupancy, guest accounts, and registration information Prepare guest folios, final statements, and collect payments during check-out. Receive, document, and investigate guest complaints Coordinate dry-cleaning and laundry services for guest. Provide administrative support to guests Promote, enroll, and support guests in the hotel's brand loyalty program. Maintain a clean, organized, stocked and professional front desk work area. Ensure the lobby remains clean, organized, stocked and welcoming. Deliver requested guest amenities to rooms: (cribs, pillows, blankets, ect,) Verify information to ensure accuracy. Balance cash drawers, prepare drops with required documentation. Close, reconcile, and balance assigned shifts Complete all required daily shift checklists and operational reports. Communicate shift information to the Manager/Supervisor and team members Communicate with the Housekeeping Manager any pertinent information Communicate and document maintenance requests. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintain compliance with established safety standards, emergency procedures and response protocols. Assist with employee training and onboarding as needed. Assist housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast with minor duties as needed Compile and balance all required shift reports and printouts into the daily audit packet, and distribute to ownership and corporate as needed." Responsible for the Breakfast area set up. May assist with laundry duties as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Pay:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
