Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints as necessary Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information

Qualifications:

Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
