GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Front Desk Clerk (Part Time) is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner Respond to guest and reservation emails Receive and follow up with reservation calls over the phone Available to work weekends Be able to handle cash transactions Assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message Other duties may be assigned
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required and two years hotel/Night Audit experience preferred. Motivated, driven, positive energy candidates. Must be reliable and trustworthy. Must be a team player. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking and standing are required. Reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
